Utilities & Variable Charges

Water, sewer, or other utilities are not included in your rent; you are responsible for payment each month based on actual usage. These charges are billed separately from rent and are outlined in your lease agreement. Failure to pay variable charges may constitute a lease violation. Note: Fieldstone Senior residents – water/sewer is included in your rent. All other utilities are billed separately.

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 55.1-1204.1, ‘Rent’ includes all money owed to the landlord under the lease agreement, excluding the security deposit. For updated rental rates, please check our floor plan availability page(s).

Fieldstone Apartments in Blacksburg, Virginia, offer numerous benefits for pet owners, fostering a welcoming environment for both residents and their animals. Fieldstone offers features that enhance a pet’s quality of life, including access to nearby outdoor spaces for walks and play.

Fieldstone Apartments provides pet-friendly apartments with the following conditions:

• Pets shall not be over 25 lbs. at full maturity, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment unit.
• If the pet exceeds 25lbs. at full maturity, a pet interview must be conducted before move-in.
• The following breeds are restricted from Fieldstone Apartments: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, and Spitz.
• A non-refundable one-time fee is required for all pets.
• Additional fees are required.
